Instant Sodium Silicate Powder

Performance: Powdery Instant Sodium Silicate can fast dissolve in water, low temperature resistance ,easy and convenient for transportation ,storage and application.

Applications:
1.Instant sodium silicate is mainly used as builder of synthetic detergent; it is applied for making low-phosphorus and phosphate-free washing powder. Preparation replace sodium tri-polyphosphate (STPP) is particularly suitable for the production of agglomeration molding concentrated detergent; also used for the production of various different uses of industrial detergents and other household detergents.

2. Used as activator of the fly ash cement, increasing the activity of fly ash, it can improve the compressive strength and the crushing strength of fly ash admixture cement, or improve the contents of the fly ash in the cement, thus enhancing the cement production and reducing the cost of cement production. Powder Instant Sodium Silicate can be used as ordinary cement drying agent and enhancer.

3.Used for silicon-based drilling fluid cuttings coagulation agents and anti-swelling agent of shale, bentonite slurry gelling agent and pectin bridging particle, precipitation-type chemical blocking agent and gel-type blocking agent of oil and gas wells.

4.Used in mineral enrichment process(flotation) as depressor and PH regulator (such as molybdenum, bareite and gold enrichment etc.)

5.It is also used as the adhesives of unshaped refractory such as gunning materials, casting materials and acid-resistance clay of the furnace and kiln, binder of precise casting industry, ceramic industry, paint industry and thermal insulation material, and thickening agent of oil industry. It is also the fundamental material of other chemical products such as black, silica gel, molecular sieve and sodium meta-silicate.
